We strive to process orders promptly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out as soon as possible. Depending on the order status, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Be aware that if the product has shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order.

Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately at this time, we don’t offer international shipping but we are working on it. We will keep you posted via social media and our website page.
Can I change the shipping address after I placed an order?
You must reach out via the contact form or at contact@pauletteandmaria.com to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has shipped. Unfortunately, you cannot update your shipping address yourself after the order has been placed.

Can I return or exchange my panties or scrunchies if they don't fit?
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on panties or scrunchies. To ensure the perfect fit, we highly recommend checking our comprehensive size guide before making a purchase.
